Meet the founders of On The Menu!
The seed of On The Menu started at a kitchen table over a cup of tea and homemade pastry. Since 2004 we’ve helped more than 1,000 clients across the U.S. and beyond.

As a recognized nutrition expert and founder of On The Menu, Rebekah has helped hundreds of restaurants and food manufacturers understand their customers’ dietary needs and grow their businesses. She is a registered dietitian with over 30 years of experience and advanced training in marketing communication. This powerful combination of business savvy and technical expertise ensures that her clients successfully negotiate the science of nutrition, evolving regulations, and food safety to best serve their customers.

Her grown children enjoy her skills as a short-order cook and hardly notice they’ve been carefully trained to enjoy real food with the least amount of processing possible. Rebekah holds a B.S. in nutrition and food science from Colorado State University and a Master’s in marketing communication from the University of Denver.
