The Process

Once we’ve completed nutrition analysis and/or allergen work for your restaurant, or you’ve provided us with the necessary information, we’re prepared to provide nutrition customer support.

To get started, we’ll provide you with a special email address that can be highlighted on your website, menu or other collateral, providing your customers a place where they can send their questions. Of course we can set it up so that you see these emails as well.

Before replying to customer questions, we research and gather all the necessary information. Our responses are always polite, clearly written and serve your customers, all while keeping your best interest in mind. We encourage an approval process within your organization before our responses are sent to the customer.

We offer two pricing models: a flat monthly fee or an hourly consulting fee. We can work with you on the best process and pricing model to meet your needs.
