We’re excited to announce we’ve been invited to speak at the 2011 International Pizza Expo, to be held March 1-3 in Las Vegas, NV. Our presentations, “Menu Nutrition Labeling” and “Creating a Gluten Free Menu”, are scheduled for March 2nd at 2:30 and 4pm.

If you’re planning on being in Las Vegas for the expo, we hope you’ll take a break from the black jack table and attend one of our presentations or visit us at the Speakers’ Booth. We’ll send you home with important nutrition information. Not everything that happens in Vegas must stay in Vegas.
